Just bought the car a couple weeks ago. Was told it had a bad lifter. Replaced the roller lifter's, push rod's and installed roller rocker arms. Slaping sound from #2 cylinder rockers, 50 lbs oil pressure. Heads are rebuilt. And was told cam shaft was replaced. Car starts right up, runs smooth. Lifters dont seem to be getting enough oil. Thought's?

Is #2 the only one making noise? If so there maybe obstruction in oil galley cutting pressure Is the noise the same before you replaced lifters?

The #2 is the only one makeing noise. I did'nt start the car at all before I made the repair. Oil to some other rocker close to #2 seem low, but no noise. Thank's Bruce.
