1994 Chevy Camaro cranks but wont start!

My car cranks but will not start, I scand the cumputer and got a code 36 witch is high res. Failure, my question is could the coil or module be the problem because the distributor is new !

On the optical sensor, my info says, the low resolution signal is the rpm signal, without that, no spark or injector activity. The vehicle should start and run without the high resolution signal, but, there may be noticeable problems at higher rpms.

I'd check for B+ and ground at the distributor. Have you done any testing?

No I did not do any testing yet, but before the no start condition stated the car would crank a long time before starting
