The car has sat maybe a week before it would not start, and before it was having problems were I would have wiggle the positive cable on the battery a few times to start the car or the power would shut off. I am currently reconditioning the car and I have stripped all of the interior. I knew the battery needed to be replaced so I went ahead and changed it. But the car will no start still, I have power to everything, and I do not lose power when I turn the key. There is a click which sounds like it is coming from the center of the dash when I turn the key, but it only happens when the door is open as I try to start the car, so I assumed it wasnt part of the problem. When I tested all the fuse's and relays everything seemed to be working fine, although one thing that confused me was when I stuck the test light to the 3 amp crank fuse, it triggers a relay on the passenger side of the car to click. I also noticed on this fuse that when the key is turned, (forward once, like when you can run the radio and ac fan), it has a small current passing through it, it dimly lights up the test light. When the key is turned all the way it lights the light normaly but still does not turn the engine over. The starter is fairly new but the car has had issues starting since I started driving, were it would take a few seconds before it actualy caught and started the engine, but this has always happened and on multiple starters, but it has always atleast turned the starter, which it isnt doing currently. I have tried knocking the celinoid to check but I do not suspect the starter as the problem either. Another issue, when the key is inserted and turned once, I can no longer hear the fuel pump priming so I am assuming it is not. I tapped the gas tank and the fuel pump lightly to see if anything had settled and stopped it, but nothing happened. I do not know if it is relevant, but the cars interior has been removed, but I have replaced all relays, mounted the dash gauges to the top of the steering wheel, the dimmer switch control and re-connected a metal box that I am thinking is a part of the airbag system. The passenger airbag is currently not in the car, so it is one of the few things not hooked up, along with the rear defroster switch and the ac control board. Another thing I have been having problems with is the Security feature. Not every time but say once in 30-40 cranks it would happen 2-3 times in a row. I would usualy just wait 2-3 minutes and the light would go out and the car would start, and it usualy happened if I left my key in the ignition while I was away. The only light on the gauge cluster that remains on after turning the key is the air bag light (which im assuming is because I removed the airbag, also a side question is how do I reset that light.) The brake light flash's momentarly when I start the car, but it has always done that. So unless it is possible for anti-theft to be active without the security light on then that may be a possible solution, as the car does nothing when the key is turned. I may have included to much detail or made the question confusing in my wording, and if so you can just answer asking me to rephrase it and shorten if needed. I think I have concluded all the info I have currently. But in summery, fuse's/relay all good, crank fuse causes relay on passenger side to click when test light touchs it and has small current when key is turned, something clicks when key is turned and door is open, starter does not turn, fuel pump does not prime, have had recent battery problems but have replaced, interior removed but relays, air bag control box, and gauges/dimmer-headlight switch replaced, No light stays on but air bag, no security light, car has set for 2-3 weeks, with limited driving in the last 2 months.

Just incase anyone ever reads this in the future, I solved my own problem. It ended up being that one of the wires going to the starter (I think, it was a purple wire on passenger side) had gotten pulled from its socket during the dash removal. After replacing it, the car started right up.
