1994 Chevy Camaro car wont start

I have a 1994 chevy camaro, it has spark and it has plenty of fuel but when you try to start it, it backfires like crazy, I was told but several people it jumped timing how could this be happening at such low mileage on the car?

It has spark and it has plenty of fuel but when you try to start it, it backfires like crazy,

If the Valve and Ignition Timing is Off it will do that-inspect and test the plugwires could also be ignition crossfire.

Further do an actual fuel pressure check and comeback with the readings, so we can proceed.
