OBD Scanner No Link?

My Chevy Blazer turn Engine Light On, I purchase OBD 1 & 2 scanner. No link on my scanner. I have tried my scanner from different car it works. Just want to find out the problem on link.

Please check the fuse #7 aux pwr in the interior fuse panel, this guide can help

I do turn on the ignition but still no link, so I checked the fuse it was bad thank you.
