So recently I changed my plugs and IACV valve gasket. I have a bad exhaust smell in the cab with the windows rolled down. I have a Cel light on and my TRAC light is on as well as my traction control stays on and will not turn off with the button. I have high flow magnaflow catalytic converters to magnaflow mufflers as my tips. I was told possibly my o2's are bad and catalytic converter is clogged. Also, when I am in traffic and I rev to about 1500 rpm and let off the car wants to shut off on me. Any help? Please!

The CEL indicating means the engine management system has detected a fault within the operating system and first thing you need to do is to retrieve the trouble codes to find out what is causing the CEL to turn on. This would enable us to understand what could be wrong and provide the necessary follow-up.

Yours should be ODB-I so the above link explains how to retrieve the trouble codes and provides a reference to the codes. Let us know how it goes.
