No power, it shuts off, overheats and it rattle sounds, can the catalytic converter be the problem?

Car has no power, it shuts off, overheats and it sounds more than a rattle sounds like thunder. I thought it was my catalytic converter is clogged up I cut off the right catalytic converter but I can't understand what's above it. I thought it was the resonator connected to the O2 sensor but it looks like there's a honeycomb inside there and now the car won't start. I don't understand.

Good morning,

I would unbolt the front pipe from the exhaust manifold. on both sides. If the converters are clogged, the engine cannot breathe and will not start.

I attached a picture for you to view of where you remove the bolts for both side. Once the pipe is released, see if the truck starts. If it does, the converters need to be replaced.
