Which fuse was it? You probably have a draw on that circuit draining your battery. Remove it and charge the battery. You will be okay then. You will need to find out what's draining the battery when you plug that fuse in.

I had the battery put on the machine and it test out good and I put it back in my car and it start it right back up. So can it be the inside fuse that's draining the battery out or by its charge up can the fuse draining it back out?

Good evening,

This sounds like a bad connection.

Check the battery cables for being clean and tight.

Check the charge rate with a voltmeter as well. Let us see if the alternator is able to maintain the battery.

No, to the fuse. If it was bad, the whole car would be dead. It would be 100% of the time, not sometimes.
