The engine turns over but wont start

Have the fuel pressure checked. One way to determine if it is fuel, aside from checking pressure, is spray some starter fluid, or carb cleaner in the throttle body. If it fires but dies, you are missing fuel. That makes the fuel pump a possibility at that point, but it should be diagnosed.
