Car turns over but wont start. If you ether it it will run off of the ether?

Due to it running off the starter fluid we have a fuel issue. This means we need to start with a fuel pressure check and find out what the pressure is.

Once we know what the pressure is, we will have a better idea but more than likely the pump is the issue.

We also need to change the fuel filter before we replace the pump if you have not changed this in a while.
