DSC and EML

My 2000 BMW 323 I is a mess. The DSC will not turn off and the car has no power. I fear the computer has gone bad? The DSC "tranction control" and EML light are on. I reset by disconnection battery but came back on. It is an auot with 94,000 miles.

could be a wiring harness issue.

It might be a ignition switch? My dad had a similar problem and the ignition switch fixed it.
