It sounds as if the fuel pump is bad
the part # is 16-14-1-182-842

Thanx man that confirmed what I was thinking but giving me the part number is spot on. As didnot where the fuel pump was. But I do now and I really need to know what that soud is as its got somthing to do with the fuel I was working on my car today trying to get the fuel filter off and I had the ignition on as I had just put two gallons of fuel in it just in case I had done the obviouse the ignition was on for agood 20 mins and that little pump was still going for it I could feel vibration in some of the pipes and I traced it back to a silver pump under the air intake for the injectors and is conected to that intake and a black plasic canister about as big as a beer can and the other side of that canister has a blue plastic pipe which I think goes to the fuel tank is that pump supposed to run constantly
