Hi, I have a no heat problem! The car engine warms up to the middle fairly quick so the thermostate is ok, I have tryed a different heater controler device thats inside the car which also is fine, the heater valve has been changed for a second hand heater vale but yet the 2 wires on the heater valve seem warm and no hot air is blowing out! Other hoses from radiator are hot. What is the problem are the hoses connected to the heater valve clogged? Thanks

Are you saying that the fan doesn't blow? Because if it doesn't, then the first place to look is at the fuse for the blower motor.

If the blower does work, but the air isn't getting warm enough, then the "Blend door" inside of your HVAC unit is stuck/not working.

The entire unit will have to be removed to get at this piece. Unfortunately, not every shop is qualified to do this, nor will it be cheap.
