Blowing fuel pump fuse - fuel pump replacement instructions?

Hi folks:
My car is a turbo. The problem I have is it keeps blowing the fuel pump fuse. I have replaced the fuel pump relay and the fuel pump under the seat, but it still blows the fuse. Is there anything else it could be?

Hello,

it seems like you have short in fuel pump wiring system, or the other fuel pump which you don't replaced has internal short, your car has 2 fuel pumps 1 inside the fuel tank and the other is the outside check the diagrams below.

which fuel pump have you replaced?
