Just bought the van listed above touring. Didn't realize it was in a accident, and door hack job welding done on drivers door frame and they replaced the drivers door. But the drivers window will not roll down, all other windows work on power switch but the drivers window. Also, the power locks don't work and we aren't able to open the tailgate. We can close it with the button on the dash and with the button on the tailgate but it will not open unless we crawl through the back. The turn signals did not work, nor did the power sliding doors, or wipers(only in fast mode) and the headlights only worked if you turned them on, the DRL's did not work. But we unplugged the seat memory in the drivers door and bam turn signals, auto door( just the drivers side), headlights, and wipers(rear) started working. So I wasn't sure if something is locked up with the master switch and need to reset it or what. I pulled B1058 B1006 B1106 and B1385 and saw they are linked together. I have no other codes that come up. The OBDII is clear of any codes. The airbag icon and check airbag system is on. But didn't know if that would mess with the window and locks. I have checked for water in the rear drivers side by the spare tire and pulled the connection but it didn't do anything. Also checked the two connectors behind the glove box by the cabin air filter and nothing still. We unplugged all the fuses and took out the passenger side fuse box to see if there was a micu on the side but didn't find one. I tried to do the same on the drivers side but still nothing. Also checked the rear junction box. I am at a loss because because it says its the door multiplex control module and not sure what that is. We have changed the madter switch in the drivers door, still nothing. We were thinking it is the connector that runs through the door into the van because its full of gunky grease. And not sure if this is related but the passenger rear sliding door doesn't latch closed. That connector is full of that greased up gunk also. So could it not be getting a good connection? I mean I can roll down all windows from drivers seat except the drivers window. And no door locks. The mirrors also work. I am at a lost, cannot really afford putting it in the shop and getting a huge list saying this is whats needed to be fixed. I also bought a new door regulator and motor, plugged in the window motor and still nothing. Please help me!

Hello,

Okay, I have got a lot of information for you in the diagrams down below. Basically what I have is Factory Troubleshooting Diagnostic Flowcharts for your vehicle. In order to utilize these, you will have to be able to use a multi-meter. If you are unfamiliar with how to use one of these I have included a link for you down below.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-use-a-voltmeter

Other then that, when the flowcharts call for you to use a HDS, that is just Honda's terminology for there version of a code reader. Please go through the flowcharts that I have provided you in the diagrams down below, and get back to us with what you find out.

Thanks,
Alex

Thank you! I will let you know what the outcome is. On a separate hopefully unrelated. The navigation screen, it comes on but is completely black. I can see its on because it lights up but nothing displays. There is no DVD or PC card in the DVD Navi unit. Does there need to be for it to turn on? And was wondering if that is why the back up camera doesn't work?

We replaced the whole drivers door wire harness. And now the only code up is b1140. Trying to figure out what that is but got the locks working, window works and the tailgate works. Now to fix the navigation unit, and get the passenger sliding door fixed. Thank you all for your help.

Hello again,

Sorry it took so long to get back to you. I have included the information that you requested in the diagrams down below. It looks like you can clear up this DTC with just reseting your Power Window Control Unit. I have also included the instructions for that in the diagrams down below as well. Let us know if there is anything else that we can help you with.

Thanks,
Alex
