My car's transmission degraded very quickly. Saturday I drove it one hundred miles city and highway, and noticed slight clunk accelerating from a stop. Sunday it had a lag before shifting into reverse and drive.
Monday morning, (cold), it would not shift into any gear.
I know that these cars have valve body issues after 100K, but the valve body was replaced 22K miles ago.
I cant believe that the tranny is shot since it was running like a top two days ago.
Electric/hydraulic issue?

Thank you

Have you scanned it for codes yet? Sounds like you could have lost pressure from the pump.

I took too transmission shop and they say transmission needs to be rebuilt. I do not know what codes they read.
Would pump fail without a sound?
I would like to try a fluid flush before a transmission rebuild.

A flush is not going to do much if it is not moving in any gear. Can you hear the actuators buzzing when you put it in drive?

Have you checked for blown fuses? You should hear something when you shift into drive?
