Changed fuel pump and car still will not start

But will however start and run when I put gas in the intake but quits when runs out. Would the Anti theft lock system have anything to do with my issues? If so how would I go about resetting it with key?

Welcome to 2CarPros.

If the anti theft was an issue, there would be no spark. If it starts with starting fluid, you have spark.

Have you checked fuel pressure? Have you checked the injectors for a pulse signal?
