Our car does not want to start when it is raining or there is moisture in the air. It sounds to me like it even backfires a little. It turns but will not start.

I am also having this issue. I replaced coil packs, changed plug wires, air filter, and had it in for a tune up. Dry everywhere under good cannot figure it out. But, same deal damp out will not start.
