The A/C sometime stop directing the airflow to face (register, center and side) and give a greater airflow to defroster and less to foot when I select the face air outlet mode.
when this problem happened I try to disconnect the negative battery cable to reprogramming the air conditioner but no changes.
and it is still for days then it is repair by it self when I switch on engine one day.
last days I note the problem happen more when I go to a places with high humidity.
i went to technician who change the upper lift servo motor (for face outlet door) but the problem still happen.

Note: when turn on the engine if A/C control screen show a blank screen (no temperature nor air outlet mode symbol shown for a while and (auto switch is light on) the problem will happen,
2- if the A/C control screen show the temp and symbol of air outlet instantly that mean the problem is sleep and everything will work well.

Hello,

This is common when the air conditioner amplifier goes out but to be sure we should scan the CAN to see whats going on here is a video to help you can get a CAN scanner for about $50.00 on Amazon. I have included instructions for the amplifier replacement in the diagrams below.

I have included the HVAC wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.

Hi BREMAXI,

If I can jump in and provide the flow chart for this code, it will help figure out the issue. The only unfortunate thing is this is written for a dealer or shop that has a scan tool so it may be a little hard. Barring a wiring issue, the most likely cause is the servo motor.

Did you purchase a scan tool that can monitor this data? If so, run through this and let me know what you find. Thanks

I already replaced the Air Outlet Damper Control Servomotor but the problem still happens. I think the problem is on the A/C amplifier (70%) or the room temperature sensor (30%). Why I think on the room temperature sensor because I see the problem happen more with the more humidity weather.

I don't think that would cause the code. it is a circuit problem. I would use this guide and wiring diagrams above to trouble shoot the connection problem.
