driving down the freeway and my car just lost power

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!i have a 91 acura integra GS. i had just changed my fuel pump and spark plugs along with my wireset adn starter about two weeks before my car broke down.ok i was driving down the freeway and my car just lost power (the engine was still running but had no power) so i had to pull over and get it towed to my house. i tried to jump start it and that didnt work. i looked it up and it said my fuel filter might be bad so i changed it and still nothing. it turns over but the engine wont start what should i do?

Hello,

You will need first see if the engine is getting spark and fuel.
Test for spark to plugs. You can just simply take out a plug and check if it produces spark when the engine gets cranked.

It is has spark check for fuel to the injectors. Can you hear your fuel pump come on?
If the pump does not come on, then it could be a fuel pump relay or a bad pump.
Check the relay, it is located under the dash on the left-hand side (see attached picture).
Inspect for any corrosion or bunt pin(s).

If the relay is good then check for power to the fuel pump, if there is power then the pump is likely bad.
