Acceleration noise

Hello, l have acceleration noise entering from under my transmission gear stick area. My car used to sound perfect, but l had a minor accident where l rear ended a car at about 40 km while my foot was on the brake. L have a Holden vx. Please help.

Yes Roy, l replied with a video of noise. L will try again. L revved it between 2,000 and 3,000 rpm's. Hope you receive it this time.

It runs pretty smooth there is just alot of engine acceleration noise entering cabin. I also think my gear linkage might need a look at. L got my body pro repaired so it still looks good.

I also started it the other day and l thought l could smell like a rotten egg smell?
