AC compressor

The compressor turns but does not run completely. It turns a couple times and stop then turns again. Could it be the relay or should I just replace the compressor itself?

If the compressor is engaging and then not continuing to work, there could be a couple things causing it. First, the most common is low Freon in the system. Here is a link which describes how to recharge the system:

In the first link, you noticed that they have two gauges being used. One is for the high side pressure and the other, the low side pressure. If by chance you have manifold gauges, let me know what the pressure readings are and the outside temperature when you test them. That will help me pinpoint a potential problem.
