I changed the A/C blower motor and solenoid, changed out two vacuum lines, checked other vacuum lines, checked fuses. I do not know how to check the vacuum pump to see if it is working. I checked the vacuum lines on the control switch, and still blows out defrost.

Probably the vacuum line going to one of the vacuum motors is bad/leaking or the motor is bad and not switching. The vacuum is supplied from the engine not vacuum pump unless it is a diesel then it can be a reservoir leaking as well. See picture and check vacuum motor that arrow is pointing to to see if it is working. It can also be the control leaking if it is getting vacuum to control but not to motor. Also, check for a broken door. See pictures.
