So whenever I did a diagnosis on the car I found that the compressor clutch isn't engaging whenever the A/C is on and that's why it blows hot air out of the vents or so I'm assuming. I'm still learning A/C components. So I wanted to verify that this is the issue that I've been looking for. Also, I wanted to know where the fuse for it is so I check for charge on the BJB.

This sounds like you found the issue but now we just need to find out why it is not engaging. Here are some guides that will help with this:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/car-air-conditioner-not-working-or-is-weak

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/re-charge-an-air-conditioner-system

We are going to have to start with checking the pressure and making sure this is correct. If the pressures are low then the clutch will not come on.

There is a chart below that will help with the pressures.

However, if the pressures are ok the we need to make sure the compressor is getting voltage and if it is then the compressor needs to be replaced.

Below is the process on how to replace the compressor from the manual if it is properly charged and has power.

Please let us know if you have questions on this and we can go from there. Thanks
