Swap the number two fuel injector with number one. If the misfire follows to number one then the injector is causing the misfire. If you still have a misfire on number two then do a compression check of all cylinders and let us know what the readings are.

There is no choke sensor. I would start with a compression test.

I would also check the timing belt marks and the belt condition.

Please run down these guides and report back.

Cheers, Ken

So I checked everything and all is good! But I forgot that before my misfire code I had a p1443 code (evaporative emission control valve) no flow. So I just check that today and found a kinked hose under manifold. I will fix it and give update about running conditions.

It sounds like the ignition coil has an intermittent problem. I would change the coil and recheck the plugs and wires.

Have you done the injector swap and compression check already? Also, is the misfire all the time or just under load, meaning does it misfire when you hit the gas?
