Hi tminer, Welcome to 2carpros and TY for the donation.

Check and test the exhaust system for restriction could be clogged catalytic converter, if not clutch could be slipping-Further check and test the following below

Bad MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor
Bad TPS (throttle position) sensor
Bad or dirty MAF (mass airflow) sensor
Low fuel pressure (leaky fuel pressure regulator or weak fuel pump)
Ignition timing
