Car listed above is the SE model. I have been experiencing really bad rattles coming from what sounds like the area where the dashboard meets the bottom of the windshield. These issues occur on the smallest of road bumps and in all temperature conditions. The local Toyota dealership has not been able to "duplicate" the sounds so no effort has been made on their part to solve the problem. I do have multiple video recordings of the rattles that have been shown to the dealership. Is this a known issue with the dashboard making these type of noises?

Good afternoon,

No, this is not a common issue at all.

Can you upload the videos to this post so I can hear them?

Okay, hard to hear but I heard it.

This is one that will require removal of the dash to see what is loose behind it. This will be like exploratory surgery to look for the noise. It could be a bracket, bolt or something that fell down the defroster duct on top of the dash.

I have attached another video. Is there any chance this noise could be from clips that are set where the dash meets the bottom of the windshield?

It is possible. Try having someone pushing against the dash while you are driving and see if the noise changes.
