Car trouble shooting

What causes a rattle (sounds like a pulley) down on the leftside of the engine on a 2009 toyota camery with 75K miles.

Take a picture of it where its originally coming from and we'll identify it-could be a heat shield as far as I know-etc

My wife has a 2009 Camry and it has a rattling sound under the hood. It has 79K miles. It reminds me of the sound I heard when her 05 Maxima had the compressor going out. In that case it was easy to tell where the sound was. In this case the air is not on and I hear the sound at idle but can't tell where it is coming from. It doesn't change or get louder when accelerating.
