Ford Fiesta Wheel Problem

In cars how many wheel cylinder is available? .
if we apply the brake the pressure is the input to the master cylinder then how the pressure is evenly distributed to all wheels. ?
Is the pressure alone is enough to lock the wheel in disc break please explain the mechanism behind the locking of the wheel

If its a combination of disc and drum-you only have two and located at rear wheels-locking up on disc brakes could be a problem with a corroded caliper piston or a collasped brake hose acting as a check valve- or the master cylinder push rod not adjusted properly-etc
