Hy
After repl. Clutch I hear and feel such a chatter from clutch, clutch is Exedy Stage1 and flywheel was also repl.
OEM and it still chatters, I do not understand it? What turned out that gearbox mount was incorrectly installed, ok that was fixed at the dealer, but it still chatters, seems when it is warm it chatters more, especcially at reverse gear, then the whole car is shaking, is it possible it is from oil dipping to clutch disc facings or grease come to facings during installation by mechanic. Last time(2) tranny was taken off I saw it inside everything was clean and dry, clutch seemed normal to me. If there is een some grease or oil on facing does it burns off also, how fast. Or do I have to repl clutch again, it is new clutch and flywheel also?

Also I wanted to add that when 1 time clutch was installed, if cluth moved in clutch shaft freeley, that it did, otherwise gearbox would have not fit, then it could not bent clutch disc, if disc would have not moved freeley on the shaft, I can agree, but when tranny was taken off second time it was clearly seen that clutch could move at clutch shaft freeley. By the way clutch free travel is normal. I disc is bent you could see it. I checked it my self, the surface plate surface was also straight. The teeth at disc and clutch shaft were also ok.
Only suspicious things are facings cause they give clutch burning smell, burning smell can come only then when clutch is slipping or there is somekind grease. Smell comes still in reverse gear. If tranny goes in freely
it has aut. Adjustment, so clutch cannot be bent.
By the way I have video also of my clutch shuddering. Can I send it to you.

Dont'bother with the video. You seem to know everything there is about a clutch and don't understand that clutches discs can bend from the weight of the trans being installed if not aligned properly. Also if it was a rebuild pressure plate one fo the springs can be weak causing the same problem. Ihave no further comments

If clutch disc is bend, correct me if I am wrong, then gears could not be engaded, gears are egaded perfectly
it was not rebuild pressure plate, The EXEDY STAGE1 pressure plate is 40% stronger than OEM and width of disc is 0.5 inch wider also, so it is able to transfer power and torque more efectively, car has 300 hp.

You are wrong, if a disc is bent for whatever reason moving of gears will be smooth due to synchronizers in the trans mission. The only thing tha twill happen is on initial take off you will get chattering. It doesn't have to be bent like you think it only has to be a few thousandths of an inch. If you do a thing like what we used to call burning it in, is to reve engine and let clutch out and hold brake at same time til it stalls. Do that a few times it may straighten it out. But if this was installed by a pro which I don't think it was nor was a line up tool used is why it's like it is.

Would it straten by time also itself during spirited driving?
Thanks for advise!
