Okay, that is a problem.

That tells me there is no voltage going through the switch.

The PCM but do not worry about that. You need voltage from the TRS.

Okay, I will order one today.
On a side note; I plugged the old TRS back in just to see if they both had same issue.
The old one has 8+ volts on the BN/PK input wire after plugging it in. So it too is bad. Lol

Okay, call me stupid or crazy or maybe I just did not have my leads connected correctly but after putting the second (newer) TRS back in, I decided to ensure I had it adjusted perfectly with the pre-marked lines for being in neutral. Then re-tested volts at start. I now have matching 12+ volts on both the input and output at the TRS. Additionally I decided to see if it was making to PIN 85 on the relay. It does. So all three points match.

Relay does not click. Checked PIN86 for ground signal on start but it stays at 8+ volts.
Security light goes off when I turn the key to "on" position.

The PCM is not grounding it.

From here you need a scan tool to see what the PCM sees. You would be able to see the gear that the PCM sees. If it is reading correct, the PCM may be the issue.

Is there any codes now?
