WE HAD THE STARTER TESTED AND BOUGHT A NEW BATTERY BUT IT STILL WONT CRANK. WHEN YOU TURN THE KEY ON THE LIGHTS,RADIO AND POWER WINDOWS WORK BUT THE STARTER DOESNT EVEN MAKE A CLICKING SOUND. WHAT SHOULD WE TRY NEXT

Check all connections to the starter and battery cables. Try holding the key in the crank position while someone taps on the starter. Somtimes jarring a weak starter will get it to start. If so get a starter.

WE TRIED THAT BUT IT DIDNT WORK. DO YOU THINK IT COULD BE THE STARTER RELAY ?

It may be the ignition switch, the starter, or anything between them, including the relay. You need to find what is getting power but not getting past it.
