There is a small triangle shaped panel at the top of the door panel. It is directly behind where the mirror mounts. Just grab hold of it and pull. Once it is off, there is a large piece of foam that you need to pull out. You will then see 3 nuts that hold the mirror on. They will require a 10mm socket.
