Fuel filter crazy

I'm changing my fuel filter & I'm almost certain I've located it
IM having trouble figuring out how2manuevier my tiny hands to get it out.i was told frm an auto part store tht i wuldnt need tools but a fuel disconnect tool but i think i need more than tht..what's the best & easiest way4me to do this job & to show the boys tht r underestimating me tht i can do it hahahaha

the green and blue connectors have to be unclipped and pushed away from the line to release the line from the filter,

does the fuel connect tool go onto white plastic cap?

OK soooo IM getting sumwhere now sweet. me having lil hands I'd be able to do this easy....i cnt seem2 figure out how this fuel disconnect tool works
