How does one access the fuel pump? is there an access hole somewhere?

UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS NO ACCESS HOLE OR PANEL. to replace fuel pump you must remove the fuel tank. hope this helps

There's no access hole the fuel tank has to come down
BTW why are you replacing the fuel pump?
