Is it normal for my car to shift hard the first few miles after a tranny flush?

I had been feeling a stutter when the car would shift into second gear so I went to have a flush and now after a couple miles of driving it is shifting hard into gears.

No its not normal sounds like possibly a bad pressure control solenoid especially since it started after the flush. Any codes? Also what size engine do you have?

Have you had it scanned for codes? If not have that done most auto parts do that for free. If you have any codes post the exact code numbers. Another thing that can cause hard shifting is a inlet air temp sensor issue.
