Was driving fine, rpm's went up then down and shut off, hasn’t started since. Have checked all fuses, all good. Changed fuel pump relay and fuel pump itself. Still nothing. Will start for a minute before shutting off when I use a starting fluid. Is this a wiring issue or ignition control module problem or something else?

Hello,

This is definitely a fuel problem if your vehicle will start with starting fluid. Okay, so let's see why your fuel pump isn't working. With a helper turning the key to "run", can you please take a voltage reading at Pin 1 of the fuel pump electrical connector. You will need to use a Digital Multi-meter [DMM] to do this, so hear is a link explaining how a DMM works, if needed, below:

In the diagrams down below I have included a wiring diagram of your vehicle's fuel pump circuit as well as how to get to the fuel pump connector, and a pinout diagram of the fuel pump connector with callout. Please use these reference materials and get back to us with what you find out. We can go from there.

Thanks,
Alex
