2000 Audi A6 Audi won't start part of time

My A6 has intermittent starting problems.
When you turn the key on, all the dash lights come on, but part of the time I will have the turn the key on and off. As many as 30 times to get the starter to engage.
I replaced the electrical part of the ignition switch, but I still have the problem.

Check and test your starter, starter relay, and clutch switch.

Where are the starter relay and clutch switch located on the 2000 A6 2.7t?

My references don't have the exact location you need to look for it-it resembles the pic I gave earlier-also I suggest a repair manual/DVOM on hand if you gonna deal with this problem yourself
