Volkswagen Passat Engine Problem
It was running drove to work 5 hours later try to start and it won't start it's been 4 moths new battery and still

Does the starter turn?
Does the engine turn when the starter turns?
Does the check engine light come ON when the key is in the ON position?
Is the timing belt ok? What engine?
Is the fuel pump relay ok (if gas)?
Do you have spark and fuel spray from injectors?
A tow to a garage + 1/2hr to 1hr labor, and you will have an answer.
