Starting issues

I have a 2003 dodge ram 1500 4.7 it has starting issues the battery and starter are fine it clicks until i manually turn the motor from the pulley and the issue is resolved until the next day possibly a bad tooth on the flywheel?

More likely worn contacts in the solenoid. That is a very common problem with the little silver Nippendenso starters. The clue is it will crank if you cycle the ignition switch enough times. Those contacts can be replaced for less than 20 bucks. Many hardware and farm supply stores have the kits.
