2.4 L base. Non-turbo.

Recently had issues with the car not producing any heat. Added some anti-freeze, got a little too much in. And then about, an hour later the car had been running for only 15 minutes, could hear it boiling like a pot of water on the stove and started smoking. So, that night. Went and got a new thermostat and replaced it today. Got everything lined up. Started the car and just right on start up, it was like somebody had stepped on the gas pedal. So, I revved the car up to see if the RPM's would go down and nothing. Car starts shaking bad. Shut it off. Look under the hood again, and the hose to the intake had broke, went and replaced that. Everything is secure. Start up again. And same scenario with the RPM's and the shaking. Had no prior issues of this happening last night nor today. Just only after the replacement of the thermostat.
Any information is greatly appreciated. Looked under the hood multiple times. Just don't know if over looking something or not.
Thank you for your time. It is truely appreciated. I would give a donation. But, in the midst am waiting for my replacement card to come in the mail.

Thank you again.

Problem resolved.
Missing two gaskets in the manifold. Apparently, when the dealership fixed it last, didn't replace them. So, instead of replacing them, they screwed it down tight.
