POWER LOSS, BOGGING DOWN ESPECIALLY ON DECELERATION. ROUGH IDLE, TERRIBLE MPG. BUCKING, JERKING AT LOW DECELERATION SPEEDS ( 5-10 MPH ) NO CODES, NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. SYMPTOMS ARE NOT INTERMITTENT. ALL SENSORS HAVE BEEN REPLACED (OEM). PLUGS, COILS, INJECTORS, FUEL PUMP, FUEL PRESS REGULATOR, MAF SENSOR, TPS, ETC. NEW ENGINE INSTALLED ALSO. STILL EXACT SAME SYPTOMS AS BEFORE. DYNO TEST DONE, SCAN TOOL TEST DONE, FUEL PRESS TESTS DONE, SMOKE TESTS DONE, SWAPPED 2 OEM TOYOTA ECMS, STILL SAME SYMPTOMS. ! FUEL FILTER HAS BEEN REPLACED 3 TIMES IN 5 YEARS. NO OVERHEATING, NO BLACK, BLUE, WHITE SMOKE OUT THE TAILPIPE. NO STRANGE ENGINE NOISES, BUT THERE IS A STRANGE DEEP SEMI-LOUD EXHAUST NOISE AT DECELERATION. EXHAUST SYSTEM PRESSURE CHECKED ( PASSED ) NO RESTRICTIONS. ( CATALYTIC CONVERTORS NOT PLUGGED. ) ALL SYSTEMS HAVE BEEN CHECKED AND RECHECKED.
ABOUT A YEAR AGO OUT OF THE BLUE, IT RAN LIKE A BRAND NEW TRUCK FOR ABOUT 5-6 MINUTES. THEN IT FELL ON ITS FACE. ABOUT A MINUTE LATER, IT RAN LIKE A BRAND NEW TRUCK AGAIN ! THEN IT FELL ON ITS FACE. BEEN THIS WAY FOR 5 YEARS NOW. NO ONE CAN FIND SOLUTION BECAUSE NO CODES. MEANWHILE, I CANT KEEP UP WITH A GUY RIDIND A BIKE OR A SKATEBOARD ! IVE REPLACED EVERYTHING, EVEN THE ENGINE ( LONG BLOCK ). TO ME ITS AN ELECTRICAL/FUEL ISSUE. CAN U HELP?

What was fuel pressure first off. Should be 38-44 psi with engine idling and scan tool hooked up check manually with a gauge. Then check vacuum at idle if 15" or below at intake then suspect either clogged converter or exhaust. Check valve clearance cold .006-.010 intake and.010-.014 exhaust. Cam gear dots must be aligned at tdc for first adjustment if it has a dist cap check cap and rotor for cracks. And plug wires for resistance 5000 ohms per foot.
