Honda Civic Exhaust Problem
The honda's exhaust manifold turns cherry red and began to run terrible is it the oxygen sensor

No, it's the running terrible that is causing the red manifold. You need to get to the bottom of what is going on there. Start by checking for any stored computer codes.
