2002 GMC Sonoma Repair Question

Acts like throttle sticks when let off .. what could it be

2002 4.3 sonoma 5 speed acts like has a vacuum leak around 3 grand and wants to stay idoled high for awhile.. have checked around the upper intake with carb cleaner to see if it was busted and nothing .. changed mass air flow and throttle position sensors also .. not sure what else to do??

Check the throttle cable for sticking could be a frayed cable. Disconnect it from the throttle and see if it idles normally. Clean the air passage to the idle air control valve with tbi cleaner.
