2002 Ford Explorer fuel indicator

1. My fuel indicator is not indicating the amount of fuel I have in the tank
2. Each time I want to put fuel in the car it vomit fuel
please what is responsible for this and what should I do.

See if the sending unit is getting power it may be that in tank. Then check for a blocked vent line it's the small on eby filler tube.
