Volkswagen jetta
I have a obd II code p0740 and p0730 that comes up and i wanted to know what i could do to fix the problem. when it shifts into 4th gear it shifts funny it raises rpm to about 4000 reall quick then goes back down but it does not do this all the time.

Defective Torque Converter Lockup Solenoid
Defective Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor
Defective Torque Converter Clutch
Defective Valve Body
Dirty transmission fluid that restricts the hydraulic passages
