Have you had it scanned for both soft and hard codes? What made you change the fuel pump? When you try cranking it, is there fuel pressure? (You'll need to rent or borrow a gauge.) Can you hear the fuel pump relay clicking and the pump energizing when you first turn the key?

The fuel pump is working, and it was changed about three weeks ago. It was working fine then it started with the problems. But I do hear the pump relay working

I need you to have all the codes pulled and check fuel pressure when the problem is happening. Do you get spark when it won't start? Does it even crank over (ruh-ruh-ruh-on and on) or just not start?

You could have a defective pump that works only when cool or warm. Or that has some other issue.
