Security light is on not blinking cars starts then shuts right off

You tube if full of videos showing how to over come this issue

full battery turn and try to start the engine
engine will start and shut off
leave key in ignition and in on position
security light will be on and blinking
for about 10 to 15 minutes
you may have to that 3 time
