Water pump replacement

There is a hard plastic tube that runs off of the water pump on my engine in my car listed above. Is that a part of the pump itself or is that like a hose? It's broken and spitting out all my coolant. Just wondering how tough of a fix it will be?

Can you get a picture of the tube that you are talking about? I suspect that this a drain tube that comes off the water pump for when the seal fails. This is also called a weep hole. When the seal fails the coolant comes out the front of the pump and normally is directed down towards the ground so that it doesn't spray all over the vehicle.

I am attaching the process from the manual on how to replace this pump as that is what needs to happen if this is the issue.
