PUT A NEW DISTRIBUTOR IN WITH THE ENGINE MOVE CAN'T GET THE 6 AND THE POINTER TO LINE UP HELP HELP
Was Dist to rotor position marked as well as base position to block? has engine been rotated with DIST out?
ENGINE WERE ROTATED ..............I GOT THE #1 CYC ON TDC AND ALING THE 2 MARK BUT WHEN I PUT THE DIST IN IT IS AWAY A LITTLE BEFORE OR A LITTLE AFTER TURN THE PUMP BUT STILL CAN'T THE 6 TO ALINGE WITH THE ROTOR
If base to block not marked before removal will be a bit tricky. if can get DIST in down and seated and only off a bit then will be able to rotate to get into time. No 1 at TDC rotor should end up pointing at No. 1 position on cap
